The city
Every other city on this map grew; Abuja was drawn. Built from nothing in the 1980s to replace Lagos as the capital, it moves people more than goods — a civil-service tide that swells the city by day and drains it by night. What it lacks in ports and pyramids it makes up in power: decisions made here travel further than any lorry.
Abuja in Ekene
Abuja is a metropolis on the map, in the North Central zone, at ƙ500,000. A company founded in Keffi sees it named on the founding card: Abuja is the dream — and at 62 km away it is visible from the very first park, close enough to want long before it can be afforded.
The special vehicle: the Hilux
Unlocking Abuja puts the Hilux in your Motor Shop — no other city grants it, and it works from anywhere once earned. At ƙ80,000 it is by far the most affordable of the four city exclusives: six mixed slots, room for two passengers, a 500 km range and real speed. The shop calls it an Abuja special, and it earns like one — full fares, quick turnarounds.
In the motor park
The park carries the capital's cast. The Corrupt Politician is a metropolis rider likeliest to be found here, the Nepo Baby likewise, and the Slay Queen works Abuja as her second city. State Secrets appear on the cargo board — in this game's words, they leak from Abuja — beside the Middle Belt's ordinary trade: yams from the belt, cows and pigs on their way between markets, and the North Central's grain and ginger.
