The vehicles
Fifteen machines, from a donkey to a Premium Shuttle. Each one trades off price, seats, range and speed — and four of them are hometown exclusives, sold only in one city's Motor Shop (once bought, they drive anywhere). The shop sorts by price, and so does this table.

- Camel — The northern starter — same donkey heart, twice the load.
- Donkey — Where every empire begins (southern starts).
- Bicycle — First thing in the shop. Two loads if one of them pedals lightly.
- Okada — Hometown exclusive — only in the Port Harcourt Motor Shop. Once bought it rides anywhere.
- Keke — The tricycle workhorse of short hops.
- Danfo — The yellow legend. The first vehicle that feels like a bus company.
- Hilux — Hometown exclusive — only in the Abuja Motor Shop. The bed takes a cow.
- Sprinter Bus — Ten loads and large animals ride fine.
- Lorry — Cargo only — THE cattle hauler.
- Coaster Bus — Built for the long haul; takes large animals.
- Gwongworo — Hometown exclusive — only in the Kano Motor Shop. Cows below, people on top.
- Molue — Hometown exclusive — only in the Lagos Motor Shop. Lagos heritage, standing room only.
- Night Bus — Passengers only, trips of 500 km and up — it exists for the long empty roads at night.
- Luxurious Bus — Thirty seats of comfort. Small animals only — the seats are leather.
- Premium Shuttle — The fastest thing on the road, and priced like it. Small animals only.
Who takes the cow?
Animals come in three sizes, and every vehicle has a limit. Chickens and their fellow small birds ride almost anything. A goat or a ram needs at least a Bicycle's rack or a Keke's tray. A cow — or the Cross River gorilla — needs a genuinely large hauler: the Sprinter Bus, Coaster Bus, Hilux, Lorry or Gwongworo. The Luxurious Bus and Premium Shuttle take small animals only (leather seats), and the Night Bus takes no cargo at all. When a load won't board, the game tells you exactly why.
