Ekene is made and run by one person. There is no support team — messages come straight to the developer and are read personally.
Feedback, bugs and lost progress
Use this for anything to do with playing the game: a bug, a vehicle behaving strangely, a save that will not load, a balance complaint, or an idea. If you are reporting a problem with your game, it helps enormously to include your company name, roughly when the problem started, and what device and browser you were using. If progress has been lost, say so clearly — lost progress has been restored before.

Privacy and your data
For anything about the data the game holds on you, including a request to delete your account and its saves, email feedback@ekene.app with the email address attached to your account. The privacy policy sets out what is stored and why.
